2、Meet requirements:The edible aquatic animals produced by enterprises must meet the quarantine and hygiene requirements agreed upon by both China and Indonesia.
3、Self-inspection, self-control and traceability system:Enterprises should establish a sound quality control system to ensure that every link of the product from the source to export complies with regulations and is traceable.

The quality control of imported products is the last line of defense for food safety.

1、Legal fishing and farming:Emphasize the legality of the product source. The fishing and farming processes must be carried out in the legal waters of Indonesia.
2、Prohibited drugs:Specify the drugs and chemicals prohibited from being used in the product production process to ensure food safety.
3、Effective monitoring:The Indonesian side needs to monitor the products for animal diseases, harmful substances and foodborne microorganisms to ensure compliance with Chinas safety standards.

Ensuring the integrity of packaging and the accuracy of label information is an important means to ensure food safety and facilitate traceability.

1、Separate packaging:It is required that edible aquatic animals from different fishing areas or registered enterprises should be packaged separately to avoid cross - contamination.
2、Packaging standards:The packaging containers must be brand - new or disinfected to ensure the survival and welfare of the animals.
3、Label information:There must be a Chinese label on the outer packaging, including product name, place of origin, production enterprise information, etc., to ensure clarity and traceability.

The inspection and quarantine link before export is the first line of defense for import safety, which is related to whether food can be allowed to enter the Chinese market.

1、Health confirmation:Edible aquatic animals need to undergo a health check by an official veterinarian in Indonesia before export to ensure no symptoms of diseases, parasitic diseases, etc.
2、Certificate filing:The Indonesian side needs to file samples of the health certificate and the official seal of the issuing agency with the Chinese customs to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the documents.
3、Certificate accompanying the goods:Each batch of edible aquatic animals exported to China must carry an official health certificate, and the information must be complete and accurate.

Entry inspection and quarantine is a key link in ensuring food safety and maintaining national biosafety.

1、Quarantine approval:All imported edible aquatic animals must go through quarantine approval and obtain the corresponding quarantine permit.
2、Document verification:The Chinese customs will verify the authenticity of the entry animal and plant quarantine permit, whether it is from a registered enterprise, and the health certificate.
3、Goods inspection:Strictly inspect the imported edible aquatic animals to ensure they meet Chinas inspection and quarantine standards.

In order to respond to possible risk events, other emergency measures and requirements are specially set.

1、Epidemic notification:If an epidemic or event affecting the safety of edible aquatic animals occurs in Indonesia, exports must be stopped immediately and China must be notified.
2、Food safety incidents:After any food safety incident that may affect the safety of edible aquatic animals exported to China occurs, the Indonesian side should take emergency measures and notify China.
3、Violation handling:If serious violations of the agreement are found, the Chinese customs will take necessary measures in accordance with the law, up to suspending the import of relevant products.
